Background

Qinyang Jianghuai power station was a two-unit coal-fired power plant totaling 110 MW in capacity. The plant was completed in 1997. It is owned by ChemChina.[1]

Unit 1 retired in 2018. Unit 2 was retired after the Jiaozuo Danhe power station was commissioned in 2020.[2]
