Angang Group Xinyang Iron and Steel Co Ltd (安钢集团信阳钢铁有限责任公司) is a blast furnace-basic oxygen furnace (BF-BOF) steel plant operating in Xinyang, Henan, China.

Background
According to the capacity replacement plan in April 2022, Angang Group Xinyang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. plans to build one 1250m3 blast furnace and one 1220m3 blast furnace to replace the existing four 600-cubic-meter blast furnaces.[1]
One 600m3 ferromanganese furnace held an ignition and commissioning ceremony on Aug.22nd 2022.[2]
The 1250m3 blast furnace was put into operation in September 2022, and two 600m3 blast furnaces were phased out.[3]
