Background on Project
According to a report by the World Resources Institute, China Datang is currently planning to build a coal-fired power plant with a total planned capacity of 1,200 MW in Shaanxi Province.[1]
However, there appear to be no other public sources of information about this plant, and it appears to have been cancelled.
