Background on Project
China Huaneng is currently planning to build a coal-fired power plant with a total planned capacity of 2,000 MW in Gansu Province.[1]
The project appeared in an analysis of energy development in Pingliang city in 2014, as a long-term plan.[2] No other sources could be found. It appears to be abandoned.
