Background
In 2012 it was reported that the ambassador of Slovakia had offered US$185 million to fund a 120 MW coal plant in Riau.[1][2] Since further reports are not available and the project is not included in Indonesia's long-range power expansion plan, it is presumed to no longer be proceeding.[3]
