Background
In November 2017 an LNG facility was proposed for Port Qasim by Engro and partners Shell, Gunvor, and Fatima.[1] In November 2018 Engro announced that it would be an FSRU and that the expected completion date was 2021.[2]
There have been no development updates in over four years and the project is presumed to be cancelled as of 2022.
