Shanqiu Fengyuan Aluminum power station (商丘丰源发电厂) is a retired power station in Shanqiu City, Shangqiu, Henan, China. It is also known as 商丘第一热电厂 (Unit B2, Unit B3), 商丘第一热电厂 Shanqiu City power station (Unit B1).

Background

Shanqiu City-B power station consisted of 3 x 60 MW coal-fired units built in 1990. It was a captive plant that supplied an aluminum facility owned by Beijing Zhongqin. The company went bankrupt in 2014, and the units have been retired.[1]
