Alliance for Affordable Energy

The Alliance for Affordable Energy is a non-profit, public interest, membership organization dedicated to creating fair, affordable, environmentally responsible, community-based energy policies for Louisiana and the nation. Founded in 1985, today the Alliance promotes citizen participation in electric and gas utility decision-making processes, conducts community education campaigns on energy issues, helps citizens and businesses become more energy efficient, and works for lower energy bills.
