Background
The captive power station was commissioned by Ambuja Cement Limited (ACL) at its Bhatapara plant in 2003.[1] ACL is a subsidiary of the Adani Group.[2] The power station has one 33 MW coal unit as well as two 15 MW coal units.[3]
