Background
The Fanchang District Ecology and Environment Bureau and the Digang Town Government received public complaints about noise disturbances from a Conch Cement Plant and a Southern Cement Plant near Dujiang Village in Digang Town. Upon investigation, it was confirmed that the noise emissions from both cement plants comply with regulations. They have been instructed to enhance management and monitoring efforts.[1]
