Background

In March 2023, Targa resources received permit from Texas Railroad Commission for the Apex Pipeline.[6][1]

An Oil and Gas Investor report published in June 2024 stated that Targa executives publicly announced that they were "still deciding if the project [would] move forward."[7][8]
