Arch Coal Terminal is on the Big Sandy River in Catlettsburg, Kentucky, United States.

The terminal is located on a 111-acre site on the Big Sandy River above its confluence with the Ohio River.
Background
The terminal provides coal and other bulk material storage and can load and offload river barges and trucks at the facility. The terminal can load up to 6 million short tons (approximately 5.44 metric tonnes) of coal annually for export.[1]
