Background
Phase 1 - micro grid: local ecosystem between saint nazaire and nantes with commissioning scheduled for 2027.
Phase 2 - backbone: between Saint Nazaire and Ile de France, scheduled for commissioning in 2032.
Phase 3 - offshore: scheduled for commissioning in 2032.[3]
