BGR Energy Systems
BGR Energy Systems, known before 2007 as GEA Energy System (India) Limited, is an Indian engineering company specialising in equipment supply for thermal power stations, the oil and gas industry and environmental management systems. On its website the company also states that it undertakes "turnkey Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) of Thermal/Gas based Power Plants" for clients and owns Cuddalore Powergen Corporation Limited which is developing a 1,320 megawatt coal-fired power station at Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu, India.[1]
In November 2011, BGR Energy Systems received the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract to build the 600 MW Raigarh Power Project (TRN/ACB) in Chhattisgarh.[2]
