Baldwin Energy Complex

In October 2001, Dynegy proposed to build two 650 megawatt coal-fired units at its Baldwin Energy Complex in Baldwin, Illinois. The plant was to burn Illinois coal and be operational in 2007. According to the EPA's coal-plant tracking survey, the project has been abandoned. [1]
