Batu-Brandan Gas Pipeline II is an operating natural gas pipeline in Indonesia.[1]

The pipeline brings gas from Pangkalan Batu in Langkat Regency, North Sumatra to Pangkalan Brandan in Langkat Regency, North Sumatra.

Background
The pipeline is owned and operated by PT Pertamina.[3] It runs parallel to the 14-inch Batu-Brandan Gas Pipeline.
Accidents
In June 2011 a pipeline along Batu-Brandan route caught fire and damaged the homes of several residents of Brandan.[4] However, it is not clear which of the two parallel pipelines caught fire.
