Background
The first line opened in 2012 allowing for a production capacity of .7 mtpa[1]. Line 2 opened in 2013, increasing production to .72 mtpa[1]. Capacity rose to what it is today with the opening of line 3 in 2017[1]. In 2019, it became an integrated plant with the opening of the its clinker unit[1].
