Bharat Oman Refinery is a company formed by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) "with equity participation from Oman Oil Company Limited (OOCL)" to establish an oil refinery at Bina, District Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The Bina Refinery power station, a proposed 99 megawatt coal-fired power station is currently under construction. The power station comprises three 33MW generating units.
