Background
The proposed pipeline first appeared in Pipeline News in 2018 and was expected to run from Blue Mountain Midstream’s natural gas processing plant in Grady County, Oklahoma.[1]
In 2020, the original parent company of Blue Mountain Midstream LLC, Riviera Resources Inc, dissolved and sold its assets to Citizen Energy.[3] As of 2022, the project had not progressed in more than four years and is presumed to be cancelled.
