Brush Valley Coal Mine is an underground mine 4 km east of Homer City, Pennsylvania. [2] Rosebud Mining operates the mine,[3] an independent company that owns over 30 mines in Pennsylvania and Ohio.[4] Rosebud Mining was founded in 1979 by J.
