Background on Project

In April 2019, plans were announced for 3,320MW of coal-fired power across two power stations: the 1,320MW Buriqi power station and the 2,000MW Uxin Banner Nalin River power station.[1]

In 2021, there have been no further developments, and plans appeared to be shelved. The proposal was presumed to be cancelled in 2023.
