Background
In 2023, Dominion Energy began a modernization project at Williams Station in Bushy Park to replace older generation peaking units with a more efficient quick-start unit. The project will be contained within the company's existing property at Bushy Park. The new unit is expected to be commissioned by the end of 2024.[5]
