Background
Changxing Island–Xizhong Island Oil Pipeline 长兴岛-西中岛输油管道 is a supporting initiative planned for the Changxing Island petrochemical industrial base. It connects the main Changxing Island to Xizhong Island, providing crude oil transportation support for the petrochemical sector on Xizhong Island.[3]
