Background
The Liaoning Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology has announced that, with the approval of Chaoyang City and at the request of the enterprise and Huludao City, it is proposed to relocate the 1,000 t/d cement clinker production line of Chaoyang Lanling Cement Co., Ltd. to the Nanpiao District of Huludao City.[1]
