Background

In 1992, the Cizkovice cement plant was privatized by Lafarage and, in 2015, Lafarge and Holcim merged to become LafargeHolcim Group. The production process at the plant includes a production line with a rotary kiln, a five-storey heat exchanger with a calcination channel and one ball and one horizontal cement grinding mill. The plant is part of the Association of Cement Manufacturers of the Czech Republic.
