Background
The company states that it is aiming to commence production in early 2013. The company has stated that it plans to commence with an underground mine initially and subsequently develop an open cut mine on the deposit. The company plans to initially produce 1-200,000 tonnes and then increase to 250,tonnes per annum. In October 2011 the company stated that the deposit contained 4 million tonnes of indicated reserves and 5.7 million tonnes of inferred coal. Insufficient exploration has been undertaken on the deposit for the company to provide an estimate of measured resources.[1]
