Coastal Maharashtra Power is the company which was established to develop the Girye Ultra Mega Power Project, a 4,000 megawatt coal-fired power station proposed to be built at in Maharashtra, India.

The company was initially established as a special purpose company created by the Indian government's Power Finance Corporation (PFC) to develop the project. According to the PFC's website, as of February 2012, the project has not yet been awarded to any bidder.
