Background
The Phase 1 project (Unit 1-1 and Unit 1-2) received approval from the Guangdong Development and Reform Commission in December 2012. [7]In December 2018, the project officially started production, using the second West-East Gas Pipeline of China National Petroleum Corporation as its source of fuel.[8]
Phase 2 project: There has been no project progress information since November 2020.[9]
