Background
This power station provides cooling services to Hungary's largest shopping complex (FORUM) as well as to the Kolcey center in Debrecen.[7] Residents of Debrecen have highlighted potential emissions issues relating to "yellow smoke" exiting the chimneys, but complaints were waved away by the company.[8]
