Background

In May 2020, the project officially commenced construction.[7]

In March 2021, Dongguan Jintian Paper Industry held a ignition ceremony for the natural gas distributed energy combined heat and power project.[7]

In June 2022, the energy-saving report for the natural gas distributed energy combined heat and power project of Dongguan Jintian Paper Industry Co., Ltd. was approved by the Guangdong Provincial Energy Bureau.[8]
