  • Owner: 国家管网集团东部原油储运有限公司
  • Parent company: PipeChina
  • Capacity: 15 mtpa[3]

  • Length: 365 kilometers[3]

Background

In October 2020, ownership of the pipeline was transferred from Sinopec to PipeChina.[4]

Shandong Province's medium and long-term development plan of petroleum and natural gas (2016–2030)[5] lists Dongjiakou–Qilu Petrochemical Plant–Dongying Oil Pipeline, which has the same route as this one, but sponsored by Qingdao Port Group. No other information could be found, and we presume these are the same proposed pipeline.

In Aug 2022, the pipeline started operation.
