Dongrong No.3 Coal Mine (黑龙江龙煤矿业集团股份有限公司双鸭山分公司东荣三矿) is an underground coal mine located in Yong'an Township, Jixian County, Shuangyashan City, Heilongjiang Province, China.[1]

Coal Mine Background
Dongrong No.3 Coal Mine is operated by Heilongjiang Longmei Mining Group Co., Ltd. Shuangyashan Branch. It started construction in October 1993 and was put into operation in 2001, with a 1.5 million tons/year design production capacity. In 2005, the approved production capacity was 1.8 million tons/year.[1] The approved production capacity in 2019 was 2.1 million tons/year.[2]
In October 2021, the reconstruction and expansion project of Dongrong No. 3 Coal Mine started, and the production capacity will increase from 2.1 million tons/year to 3 million tons/year.[3]
