Background
The Dos Paises (Burgos) Product Pipeline initially transported only light naptha but in 2014 NuStar applied for a new Presidential Permit that would alow it to transport a wider range of petroleum products, including liquified petroleum gas (LPG) and natural gas liquids (NGLs).[2]
