Background
The Duliajan-Numaligarh Gas Pipeline is a dedicated natural gas pipeline serving a single customer, Numaligarh Oil Refinery, Assam.[1][2] As per DNPL annual report 2019-20, the pipeline might be connected to the Barauni-Guwahati Gas Pipeline in future, as part of the Government of India's Hydrocarbon Vision 2030.[2]
