Eni Congo FLNG II Terminal is a floating liquefied natural gas (FLNG) export terminal under construction in the Republic of the Congo.[1]
Location
The terminal is proposed to retrieve gas from Eni's Marine XII block, located 20 kilometers offshore the Republic of the Congo.[1]

Background
Eni will deploy a second FLNG terminal in its Marine XII block, adding 2.4 mtpa of LNG production capacity its to 0.6-mtpa Congo FLNG Terminal already under development. Eni has signed a contract with Wison Heavy Industry for the construction and installation of the FLNG unit.[1] Construction began in January 2023.[6]
As of June 2024, Eni said construction of the project was progressing, putting it on track for a startup in Q4 of 2025.[7]
