Background
The Entrerriano Gas Pipeline transports fossil gas from Argentina's main north-south pipeline network to cities in Entre Ríos province; the pipeline's main 16-inch section runs east from Aldea Brasilera to Concepción del Uruguay, where it splits into two 12-inch segments, one running north to Colón and Concordia, and and the other running south to Gualeguaychú.[1] Near Colón, the pipeline feeds gas into the Gasoducto del Litoral, which extends across the border to Paysandú, Uruguay.
