Erdemir Port, officially Port of Karadeniz Ereğli or Er-Port, is a port in the western Black Sea, Turkey. It is located in the Karadeniz Ereğli district of Zonguldak province, about 25 kilometers (16 miles) from the city of Zonguldak. Zonguldak province is a major coal production center.
The port has a total annual capacity of 20 million tonnes. It is operated by Turkish steel-making company Erdemir and can import coal[1] for Kardemir Steel.[2]
