Great Plains Energy Plant

The May 2007 NETL report "Tracking New Coal-Fired Power Plants" listed two “Great Plains Energy” plants, one in Missouri and one in Kansas.[1] The Kansas location was not pursued. The Missouri location, better known as Iatan 2, is now being constructed by Great Plains Energy's subsidiary Kansas City Power & Light, near Weston, Missouri. [2]
