Background

Guangzhou Baiyun Hengyun power station (广州白云恒运天然气发电项目) plans for three 460MW-class gas-steam combined cycle generating units. [6]The first phase aims to construct two 460MW-class gas-steam combined cycle peaking units, with construction commencing in June 2023 and an expected operation start in 2025.[7]
