Background
Guizhou Dalong power station is a two-unit coal-fired power plant with a total capacity of 600 MW. The plant was completed in 2006, and is owned by Huadian.[1] It was built under the title of"Electricity Transmission From West to East".[2] The older 2*12 units were retired in 2005.
