Background
In 2021, the company announced to build a 70-ton electric arc furnace to replace two 40-ton electric arc furnaces.[1]
On July 26, 2022, the company underwent a follow-up inspection regarding 17 safety hazards identified on May 14, 2022, with 3 issues found unresolved, leading to administrative penalties.[2]
In October 2024, the company released an environmental protection information announcement regarding the completion of its technological transformation and upgrade EAF project.[3]
