Background
Units 1-4 of the plant, totaling 150 MW, were retired in 2014. Units 5-6 (135 MW) were commissioned in 2004-2005 and still operating. The plant is owned by Saha-Union.[2][3]
A 840 MW gas-fired power plant at the same location was commissioned in 2015. [4]
