Background
The Hamabitat power station is one of Turkey's largest and newest gas-fired power stations, using two gas-fired combined cycle systems with a power output of 600 MW each. The power station uses "H-Class" turbines supplied by General Electric, and is capable of burning up to 50% Hydrogen in its mix of fuels.[7]
