Harbin Pingnan cogen power station (国能哈尔滨热电厂) is an operating power station of at least 700-megawatts (MW) in Pingxin Town Wangjiawopu, Pingfang, Harbin, Heilongjiang, China with multiple units, some of which are not currently operating. It is also known as 国电哈尔滨热电公司平南热电厂, 国能黑龙江公司哈热二期2×660MW热电联产, Guoneng Harbin cogen power station (Phase II Unit 3 & 4), Guodian Pingnan power station (Unit 1 & 2).
