Harbin Pingnan cogen power station (国能哈尔滨热电厂) is an operating power station of at least 700-megawatts (MW) in Xin Town Wangjiawopu, Pingfang, Harbin, Heilongjiang, China with multiple units, some of which are not currently operating. It is also known as 国电哈尔滨热电公司平南热电厂, Guodian Pingnan power station (Unit 1 & 2), Guoneng Harbin cogen power station (Phase II Unit 3 & 4), 国能黑龙江公司哈热二期2×660MW热电联产.
