Background
Hunan Jinlei Southern Cement's Green Building Materials Industrial Park project has a new 4900t/d clinker new dry-process cement production line, with a design clinker capacity of 1.55 million tons/year and a cement capacity of 2.4 million tons/year. The project is a key construction project in Hunan Province in 2022. The project started in January 2022, and the main construction is basically completed and equipment installation is underway, which is expected to be fully installed in April 2024 for completion.[1]
