Background
The cement plant issued a capacity swap in 2022 to build a 5500t/d clinker cement production line to replace the 4500t/d cement clinker production line of Hunan Leiyang Southern Cement Co., Ltd.'s Huaqiao branch and the 2500t/d cement clinker production line of Hunan Leiyang Southern Cement Co.[1]
