Background

Iran Gas Trunkline-10 (IGAT-10) is a gas transmission pipeline operated by National Iranian Gas Company. IGAT-10 is a part of the Iran Gas Trunkline more broadly - a series of large diameter pipelines constructed from areas in southern Iran to centers of consumption in Northern Iran. Iran Daily reported in October of 2014 that Iran Gas Trunkline-10 (IGAT-10) was expected to become operational in December - 2 months after the report was published.[2]
