Background
Igrim-Serov-Nizhny Tagil gas pipeline connects to Bukhara-Ural gas pipeline in Nizhny Tagil.[5]
Environment and social impacts
In the Sverdlovsk region, there was a depressurization of the main gas pipeline (MGP) Igrim - Serov - Nizhny Tagil, followed by a fire on December 3, 2020.[2] A similar accident occurred on May 9, 2018.[6]
