Background
JK Cement Ltd. was established in 1974.[1]
Jaykeycem (Central) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of JK Cement Ltd, in 2022, proposed to construct a clinker grinding unit at Bara, Uttar Pradesh, with a cement grinding capacity of 2.5 million tonnes per annum (mtpa).[2][3]
In 2023, Jaykaycem (Central) Limited was merged into the parent company JK Cement Ltd.[4][5]
