Background

JK Cement Ltd. was established in 1974.[1]

JK Cement Mangrol plant was established in December 2001 and the capacity was expanded by 1.5 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) in 2014.[2][3] In 2023, the company announced its plan to increase its clinker production of capacity 2.90 mtpa to 5.65 mtpa, cement production of capacity 3.54 mtpa to 7.05 mtpa, captive power plant of capacity 25 MW to 60 MW and WHRBP of capacity 10 MW to 36 MW.[4]
